Navigating Today
with hope, love, and joy

For over 20 years, I have envisioned myself as a writer. My initial question was: what will I write. I have amused myself with a lot of different topics over the years. As I played around with writing, a new question arose: when will I commit to a topic. The answer to that is now, I commit now!
Navigating Today is intended to offer guidance for living with hope, love, and joy in our hearts. This project was solidified when I awoke on November 6, 2025 wondering what I could offer to clients, friends, and myself. My articles have become an advice column, of sorts, based on internal and external obstacles that we all face as humans, especially in challenging times.
My life’s focus is to embrace hopeful thoughts, let love drive my actions and perspectives, and to reach for joy. My purpose, as a writer, is to share this journey with you.
